CalNet is a service that helps you rediscover event invitations buried in your email inbox and sync them to your calendar. The service requires access to your Gmail account and Google Calendar.

3. User Accounts

To use CalNet, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Permitted Use

You may use CalNet for personal, non-commercial purposes to manage your event invitations and calendar. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated means to access the service without permission

5. Privacy and Data

6. Google Services Integration

CalNet integrates with Google services (Gmail, Google Calendar). Your use of Google services through CalNet is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We strive to keep CalNet available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

CalNet is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
